Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of efremov.help, its account system, and the Private Root Log (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Mind Networks Association LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Educational purpose only
The Service presents educational concepts and a private self-observation tool. It does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis services, or a professional relationship. Content on the Service does not replace advice or care from a licensed professional. Do not use the Service for emergencies.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may create an account with an email address and password or with a supported identity provider such as Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Private Root Log and your content
You retain ownership of text you enter into the Private Root Log. You grant us only the limited rights required to store, process, secure, display, back up, and delete that content so we can operate the feature. We do not claim ownership of your entries and do not sell them or use them to train public AI models.
You are responsible for what you record. Do not enter information you do not have the right to store, or information that would violate another person’s privacy or rights.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully; attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls; probe or disrupt infrastructure; upload malicious code; impersonate another person; scrape the Service at abusive scale; or use the Service to infringe, harass, threaten, or harm others.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available. We may impose reasonable technical limits to protect security and reliability.
7. Intellectual property
Except for your content and third-party materials, the Service, its software, visual design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Cloudflare for infrastructure and, when you choose it, Google for identity authentication. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or results. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties, or when these Terms are violated. You may delete your account from the Private Root Log interface. Account deletion removes your account and Root Log entries from the active database, subject to limited retention required for security, legal obligations, or temporary provider backups.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes relating to the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
